Safety Info
Tru-Jump trampolines are made with the customer in mind. With safety as our top priority, this trampoline set features rust-resistant galvanized steel, materials that have been UV treated to more than double the ASTM standard, and an integrated design to provide extra stability and support. We advise that all products be built on flat land for added stability, and recommend using trampoline anchors.

Safety pad: The poles are padded for added protection and safety while both inside and outside. In addition, each pole has its own pole cap to secure the padding.

Trampoline enclosure: The enclosure net that surrounds the trampoline is perfect for keeping kids and adults safely inside for hours of jumping fun. The zipper enclosure also ensures that there is resistance and tension for the entire net surrounding the trampoline.
All Tru-Jump products meet or exceed ASTM safety standards. Adult supervision recommended at all times.
Warranty
Tru-Jump warrants its steel frame for 7 years after the date of purchase with product registration, and the jump mat for 3 years. The overall product is warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase without product registration. This includes the spring pad, net enclosure and foam pads, as well as all swing set parts.
Products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
Who is covered by the warranty?
This warranty coverage extends only to the original purchaser with a receipt and is nontransferable. The 7-year warranty on trampoline steel frames is only valid for products that have been registered with Tru-Jump.
All products for which a warranty claim is made must be received by Tru-Jump’s authorized service center, freight prepaid, and accompanied by sufficient proof of purchase during the warranty period.
How do I register my product?
Product registration can be done on Tru-Jump’s website under “Product Registration.”
Please use this link to register your product in order for customer service to better assist with warranty claims and for trampoline steel frames to be warranted for 7 years after date of purchase.
What is NOT covered by our product warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover our products which (1) fail due to normal wear, abuse and neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs or alterations; (2) are used for commercial or other income-producing purposes; or (3) fail due to accidents and misuse; (4) Damage caused by inclement weather.
What about damage caused by winds?
We do not provide any warranties, refunds or any other compensation for damage caused by trampolines moving due to wind conditions. Each and every location may be subjected to various wind speeds or storms. We cannot predict how this may lead to wind movement in any specific location. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the homeowner where the unit is placed to prevent any movement due to wind. A trampoline is prone to movement from wind and must be properly secured to prevent movement. Only the homeowner with knowledge of their specific weather conditions can determine specific anchoring for their location with proper assistance of a knowledgeable and licensed contractor.
All warranty repairs must be authorized by Tru-Jump Customer Service before repairs are made.
Missing part of your Tru-Jump product?
A missing part is not considered the same as a defective part or unit. If a part is missing, there is no need to return the entire unit to the store. In order to quickly obtain replacement parts or service as provided by this warranty, please call the number below. Proof of purchase required.

If an order is placed on a product that is listed as back-ordered (or is advised), our protocol is to charge the customer's credit card or PayPal account. In order to have more control over this unfortunate fulfillment delay, we must process your payment when your order is placed to prevent:
- Undesired delays in receipt of your product by you until proper information can be provided by you to us because of unintentional change of payment information.
- Intentional attempts at fraudulent receipt of products by way of purposely providing false payment information.
- Collecting and handling of your sensitive financial information through a delayed date of order fulfillment and shipment. Our strict internal controls are in place to limit impressions or realities of fraud, and we make every effort to not, at any point, be in possession of your sensitive financial information.
Therefore we do this to avoid costly and frustrating postponements, cancellations, rerouting, and in some cases unfortunate fraudulent receipt of shipments. This usually happens due to intentional or unintentionally submitted false payment information. Therefore, this back-order protocol has been put in place to limit unnecessary and excessive costs of doing business, which allows us to keep our prices lower for you, our customer. Thank you for your patience and understanding with any back-order you may place with us.
While Waiting...
If you placed a back-order and you did not intend to do so, you may do the following:
- Review other comparable products on our site for purchase in place of your current order. If you would like to modify your order, please place a new order and contact us immediately after so we can refund your original order.
- If your order has not already shipped, we can cancel and refund your order in full after a brief period of confirming the order cancellation with the manufacturer. You can e-mail us at support@arcadiascove.com with your cancellation request. You may also request inventory availability so a new order can be placed when the item becomes available.
- Please wait a minimum of four (4) business days for your credit card company to post the credit.
Please note, that unless we are advised by you in a written email reply indicating either of the above two options prior to shipment, we will assume that you want to keep your present order in place until the product is available to ship (requiring no post-order response from you). We will continue to diligently work on your behalf with the manufacturer to fulfill your order as soon as possible and advise on freight and tracking information when it is made available to us.
Lastly, all ETA's are subject to change. Arcadias Cove does not and cannot control any timeline regarding orders due to us solely being an Certified Partner of each of the brands we sell, not the brand/manufacturer of the products ourselves.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. (If you do not, please contact us and a representative can send over the digital receipt of your purchase). This confirms your order has been received in our system and your credit card is authorized for purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to confirm if you'd like to keep your order or cancel for a full refund. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
ORDER SHIPMENT
Please reference your product page specific lead times. After shipment, items will arrive in 5-10 business days after order has been shipped out.
Certain items due to high demand and low supply can only be placed on back order at specific times. Please contact customer service to hear about any items availability.
Please contact us for rush shipping rates and options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Large items that ship via freight (not UPS or Fedex) require a signature
upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange
a time and day for delivery that works for you.
PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should contact us IMMEDIATELY. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 Hours of delivery and send photos to support@arcadiascove.com We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue or replace your order.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Generally, most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of
receipt in new condition and unopened.
Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
If there is a damage in the product, the customer is not responsible for the shipping costs and restocking fees that apply for the return.
Customer remorse: If there is no damage to the product, the customer will be responsible of paying for shipping and restocking fees. The customer will be given a refund of the remaining balance.
Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).
Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost, even if the item was "free shipping". Any damages to products may void the return.
Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra
